We’ve all had our fair share of sleepless nights because of axious thoughts. And before we know it, it’s already morning and we feel drowsy and unmotivated, clearly unable to tackle the tasks ahead in the best possible way. Still, they have to avoid sleep deprivation at all costs, as it would take a huge toll on their efficiency. In this video, I explain a US Navy technique that is pretty much guaranteed to put anyone to sleep in just under three minutes.
