The Website Design Process
There are 9 Steps to the website design process
1) Discover
This is where we consult with you & discover your needs & the purpose of your website. We will cover the following information:

Website concept, purpose, & mission

Number of pages
-
Content Management
-
Website Functionality & Navigation

Website Budget

Domains & Hosting
Once we have gathered enough information we will write up a website proposal outlining the information you provided with project time frames and cost.
2) Content Collection
After we have received your signed website proposal & your first initial payment we will gather your content & details for your website's design. We provide you with a basic website design questionnaire that helps us understand your website needs. Then we send you a Google Drive folder invitation. This allows us to transfer and share files like: PDF's, pictures, video's, & text content.
3) Design & Development
This is where we start creating the design based on the specs provided. Focusing on simplicity, navigation, functionality, & ease of use.
4) Integration of Content Management System
Once the design is approved, then we will incorporate the content management system into the design.
5) Mobile Ready
Once we have completed the desktop design we then incorporate that into a mobile ready version for smart phones & other mobile devices.
6) SEO Plan & Integration
This is where we set your website up with basic search engine optimization so you can be found on search engines like; Google, Bing, & Yahoo. we create a basic keyword campaign for your website based on your industry. Setting up each web page to be titled, described, & tagged.
7) Testing
This is the opportunity for us to test the site out and make sure the navigation & functionality are in place. Checking all buttons, pages, hyperlinks, etc.
8) Training
We will then run a 2 hour training session with you, showing you how to use the Content Management System. This is recommended to be done on site, but can also be done over video chat.
9) Launch
At this point we just connect your domain to the hosted server, with a few tweaks to the back office and you are LIVE!!
